INSIDE  BURLINGTON TOWN CENTER:

A CUISINE

Have you noticed the construction happening in the Burlington Town Center near the Church Street entrance? A Cuisine will be Vermont's first 'Kaiten-zushi' restaurant. Literally translated to mean "rotation sushi," owner Sandy Kong of Asiana Noodle Shop will open her second location on Church Street, featuring a conveyor belt to transport small plates directly to guests who can simply grab what they'd like to eat! The concept, already popular in Japan, reduces waiting time and costs to deliver a quick and affordable meal for on-the-go shoppers and downtown employees.

SOYO FROZEN YOGURT

SoYo Frozen Yogurt will also open a second location at Burlington Town Center, featuring the same "farm to freezer" frozen yogurt as their current Pine Street location. SoYo's frozen yogurt is made from fresh and local ingredients, including Vermont milk and yogurt, fresh fruit, Lake Champlain Chocolates and local maple syrup for flavorings. The store rotates through 35 flavors on a weekly basis with six flavors available daily.
