Friday, March 17th


St. Patrick's Day at Ri Ra Irish Pub



11am - Live Irish Music 

Traditional Irish Music is a full body experience: the upbeat tempos compel you to dance a jig, clap your hands and join in. That’s what trad music is all about, joining in and having the craic (fun).

4pm - The Brayzen Heads

Dave Gilmore & Shane Farrell draw on years of experience playing traditional tunes, drinking anthems and contemporary ballads!

10pm - The X-Rays

Playing the latest and greatest hits until late in the evening!



S.D. Ireland Cement Truck Parade


The Annual SD Ireland Cement Truck Parade makes it's way down Church Street at 3:15pm on Friday, March 17th. 20 cement trucks will roll through Burlington as a fundraiser for cancer research. To date, the SD Ireland Foundation has raised over $4.2 million for research being done at the University of Vermont. 



St. Patrick's Day at Red Square



Red Square keeps the St. Patty's Day party going all day long, kicking off at 3pm with Everybody's Favorite Irish Drinking Songs Band on the Main Stage at 3pm. More entertainment includes Josh Panda, Craig Mitchell, D Jay Baron and Reign One. 



Saturday, March 18th


Taco Tasting at Kiss the Cook


On Saturday, March 18th, Shawn Lipenski, of Velvet Catering & Events, will be at Kiss the Cook at 2pm to sample house-made, green chorizo tacos which originated in the Toluca, Mexico. He will also be serving Yucatecan inspired sweet potato tacos. Shawn will be using spices from the Teeny Tiny Spice Company.


Sunday, March 19th


St. Petrick's Day Adoption Expo and Fundraiser at Burlington Town Center


On Sunday, March 19th, Passion 4 Paws will host an Adoption Expo and Fundraiser at Burlington Town Center on the Upper Level between LL Bean & Famous Footwear. The event is free to attend and there will be a prize for the best dressed pups in the St. Petrick's Day Fashion Show!
