Honey Road is welcoming author Robyn Eckhardt and Photographer David Hagerman for a celebration of their new cookbook, Istanbul and Beyond. This amazing book showcases delicious dishes from not olny Istanbul but also the villages, farms and high pastures of Turkey's lessor-known areas.
Chef Cara will be preparing a menu, inspired by the book, and her own travels in and around Turkey. Tickets are available for $75, and include a copy of the book and four courses of family style mezze and dessert. Cocktails, wine and beer will be available for purchase from our full bar. This one time only event begins at 5:30 p.m. with a small reception where you can enjoy a drink and meet the author, and dinner starts at 6 p.m.
